These items are covered by a 30 Day Hardware Warranty.  Software or Batteries are not covered by California Computer Experts.  If you have a problem and need to return item, please contact us for an RMA number BEFORE shipping anything back.  We will not accept returns unless there is an RMA number attached.  Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
